Need a way out of what? The grind. Having too much month left after the money. Not wanting to be rich, but wishing money wasn't a problem. Craving more "family time". That sort of thing.

Possibly, though, you have the other extreme, and have what many call the golden handcuffs. You're doing quite well financially, but never have the time or the energy to "spend" it, and see good for the hard work you have done. You feel time broke, as it were.

Hello. I'm Matthew Clapp, Training Manager for LIFE Solutions. I hope that the information we discuss in the 5 steps will assist you, even if it only means you leave our site "a little wiser". Hopefully, though, you'll leave having the tools you need to create an ideal lifestyle. Firstly, then, lets look at the ways people draw an income.

Holding a job

If you're in the building industry, and sub contract, the same principles apply - you are working for someone else. This has many good points. You can usually leave work at, say, 5PM, and forget your day. You know, usually, what is expected, and even if it is tedious, you can "plough through". You get paid a certain amount, so you can plan ahead, to a certain extent.

However, what if you want to earn more; what can you do? Push for promotion, hoping to then be paid more "per hour", or maybe work longer, so you are paid slightly more. This, though, has limits, and will not bring you that free lifestyle I'll describe later. If you worked 24 hours a day, and earned, say, £10 an hour, you would make £240 a day, and £1,680 a week. Not bad, but that is the most you could ever earn, and do you want to work 24 hours a day?

Another problem lies in the fact that, if you fall ill, you don't see any of that £1,680. There is no real security in being employed. You take a risk on your body being able to keep up with your monetary demands.

Also, you are actually working for someone else's dreams, not your own.

Run a business

Now owning a conventional business (or franchise) will get you that dream lifestyle, will it not? You can pay yourself, so the sky is your limit. What is more, if you do have to go sick, even for a long period of time, your business should surely be self sustaining, as your employees will keep working. However, have you spoken to a business owner recently? Let us go through a few facts about business. With most business ventures, you have a fantastic idea, so you want to "sell" it to the world. So you mortgage your house, borrow £100k (usually), set up an office (usually), hire a secretary, order your inventory or parts, get telephones put in, have a server installed (these days), and so on. You have disposed of your £100k, almost.

Here is a painful question. At this point what have you sold? Nothing. How much money have you made? £0. Are you in debt? Yes. Are you stressed? yes. Do you have to work until the early hours? Probably. Then you have to think about staff: "If you have one member of staff you have one headache, if you have a hundred, you run an adult day care centre" (Tim Sales). Oh, did I mention the word competition?

From what I have just said, this may not surprise you: 75% of companies go bankrupt in the first 3 years, and a further 60% of those left go in the following 2 years (i.e. 90% in 5 years). Hands up who wants a business?

"Am I out of luck, then?"

No, not yet. There are a few other things you can do. The best alternative I have found, and one that can guarantee someone who is serious an ideal lifestyle, is explained by the video: Brilliant Compensation (www.nwm.me.uk), which has a 30-minute play-time. How was Brilliant Compensation? Had you heard of Network Marketing (NWM) before, possibly in a negative light? I hope Brilliant Compensation helped put the record straight. In fact if you had heard any negativity about the industry, it was probably from people and companies 20 or more years ago, who were involved in "pyramid schemes". The Direct Selling Association has been successful in ending these illegal "schemes" in the UK.

There will be those who haven't watched the video, so to make sure you feel included, we'll define Network Marketing quickly: it can be called an industry based on recommendation, rather than selling, "word of mouth advertising" if you will. As an example of how powerful this type of business is, I'll give an example of the movies.

I've been to movies and recommended them, which leads to other people going, and they probably go and tell other people as well.

Clever business minds have observed that the most effective form of advertising is from satisfied customers. I know that when I go to the cinema, in general, my eyes pass along from the adverts outside the theatre, but if my brother says "you gotta' see this movie!" I probably will.

With "NWM", a company finds a fantastic product, but instead of sticking it onto billboards, it pays you a commission for any products that you recommended. You choose how to do this. You may decide you'd like to help your friends and family, or maybe people you sit next to at a bus stop. The choice is yours.

Brilliant Compensation talked about looking for a huge expanding market. Most business analysts agree that the wellness industry is set to become the next Trillion dollar industry. So that would be a good place to start. It also discussed why, if you want to have success, financially, your "business" must revolve around a unique, consumable product.

Aloe Vera took the world by storm - recent statistics estimate the value of the plants' market at US$122 billion. The Agricultural Research Service mentions 22 ancient medicinal uses for the Aloe Vera plant.

Now turn your mind to a fruit that, at the moment, has created an industry of over US$500 million a year in under 10 years, and had 58 ancient medicinal uses for early Polynesians.

We refer to a fruit called Noni, and now explain why it's so highly consumable.

Heritage

The Noni plant (Latin: Morinda Citrifolia) has been used for over 2,000 years by Polynesians as a medicine. Often when travelling from island to island, they would carry the Noni fruit, planting as they go, to preserve it for our day. For that we are very grateful.

In 1996, Tahitian Noni Juice was given to the world. Stephen Story and John Waddsworth, food scientists, found that by adding Blueberry juice and Grape juice to Noni juice, they created a health product so effective, that, when it first came out, people in the US would travel 100s of miles to get it.

I'll give you a brief history of the pyramid schemes we mentioned, and how they acquired a bad name. Certain characters hear about NWM, and say "I would love to be the director of a 'parent company' [i.e. TNI], as the explosive growth could make me very rich".
